Project completed for a leading wireless communication company
Following a process of expert review, I helped create wireframes to illustrate suggested design directions. I used Adobe Illustrator to create the content areas of the following screens.

Dental Website Before and After
Project completed for a national dental franchise
After usability testing of the client's website was complete, I created mock-ups in Adobe Photoshop to illustrate usability issues and ways to improve the user experience. Changes included expanding the step process to show the correct number of pages, labeling each step, and increasing the font size.
